Do I need to deal a killing blow to 15 enemies or my team killing them is also ok. I'm playing translated version, so maybe it's only problem in my version. Anyway thanks!

Then when they reach the required total, it will unlock the scenario mentioned on the personal quest card. Then the party has the option of completing that scenario (and the one (s) following it) at any time.
